Davisson Culbertson, Of Counsel

Davisson Culbertson focuses his practice on Bankruptcy and Consumer Debt Law. He received his law degree from the University of  Arizona in 1997. After law school he worked as a prosecutor on the border in Nogales, Arizona. In 2001 he joined the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. In 2007 he opened The Law Office of Davisson Culbertson, PLLC with a practice in Personal Injury and Probate and Guardianship before developing his Bankruptcy and Debt practice.

Davisson is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the WSBA Creditor Debtor Section of the Bar. In addition to his work on Bankruptcy and Debt issues, Davisson also handles Wills and Probates, Traffic Infractions and other civil matters.

Davisson grew up in Latin America, living in Venezuela, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic. He received his undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of Washington in 1987. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras from 1989-1992, living in a small town and working as an Agricultural Extensionist in soil conservation and basic crops. While he didn’t know beans when he began, he was very familiar with them by the time he finished.  In his spare time he enjoys reading, sports and playing the guitar.
