Dan graduated from the Evergreen State College in Olympia in 2000 with a concentration in economics, and Seattle University School of Law in 2006. His practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, business, commercial litigation, real estate, employment law and unemployment benefits, consumer protection and probate. He exclusively represents individuals and small business, and is in practice to achieve justice for those who cannot effectively protect their own interests against the resources of corporate defendants, insurance companies, and governmental entities. He joined the Army Reserve in 1994 and is currently an officer with the army Judge Advocate General Corps. Prior to being appointed to JAG, Dan was the chief training instructor for a medical battalion, then an intelligence analyst with an information operations unit. He has served as an officer or legal advisor to several non-profit groups in the Seattle area, and is a veteran performer and stage actor. He has written several articles on fitness and nutrition, and is a consultant to numerous people seeking better fitness, dietary, and training regimens.
